Adding Images on Posts, Header, Not Working

    Hi, I updated to 4.3.1 and all of a sudden I have been unable to add images to my site. the “Add New Image” button does not even respond when I hit it. I have tried using a different browser, deactivating all plugins, I don’t know what else to do. Please help!

    Hi Ricky,

    did you try to switch themes, maybe there is a problem there.You can also look for an updated version for your theme.

    Hi,

    Yes I have tried switching themes, I even tried Twenty Twelve, etc., yet it still does not work.

    you can post your url maybe we can see something from the code.

    does the same thing happen when you go to library>add new?
