• Can someone tell me why my css files are inactive and how I can fix this (without losing the 129 articles I’ve already populated?).

I’m just trying to fix the style issues where it cuts off the right-most 2-3 pixels on every article.

I’m now having problems with spacing (perhaps since the file went inactive – I’m not sure yet).

Please somebody help. I like the plugin but if it keeps creating these problems, I may have to look for something else. Help!!! Please 🙂

    Thank you

On activation, this plugin copies a folder into your theme which inside it contains templates and CSS that control the knowledgebase. You can directly edit those files to adjust the layout and design of the knowledgebase for better integration with your theme as needed.

From your note I’m guessing you’re simply not editing the right files. Let me know how you go now that you have all the information! 🙂

    Cheers,
    Maeve
