    Hello,

I’m having an issue with my product attributes.
In every tutorial video and screenshot I’ve seen, people can easily add product attributes they’ve created by clicking the type from the dropdown, then clicking in the empty value field where you would type in the size “Medium” for example, and it auto-suggests a list of the attributes you’ve entered before.
The attribute values I’ve set do not show up for me, it only says “‘|’ separate terms,” making me enter new attributes which then are entered into the attributes section as new attributes.
I also can not seem to sort the attributes properly, as they are still showing in the alphabetical order even though it’s set to “custom” (see product attributes section in last screenshot)

Part of me feels that these issues are related.

The following images illustrate my struggles:

Thank you for any help you can provide!

(Everything is up to date, by the way)

Yes, I would appreciate some help, and it’s incredibly frustrating now knowing that the plugin author is aware of both of my topics and has not attempted to render aid.

Have you created terms for the Attribute ?

If you mean values then yes, I have sizes 3XL, 2XL, XL, L, M, S, XS all in order in the attributes area under Size, but they’re out of order when I go into the product. Even if I reorder them manually in the value(s) field where it makes me type them in instead of suggesting them to me, they re-order alphanumerically whenever I save/publish it.

Update: I’ve fixed the sorting issue, found out custom ordering was actually not enabled, had to edit the attribute.

Values are still not being suggested, however, and must be entered manually, and that’s my main problem.

Since it’s working fine for everyone else, probably it’s just your plugin issue. Either your other plugin or your wooCommerce itself, so you should try deactivating all plugins and see it works or reinstall your WooCommerce.

Think i found out your problem, it’s probably because you selected “Custom Product Attribute” on the product data. Select your attribute from the dropdown and it should start showing your preset values.
