I got an URL that looks like this when typing in a search term in non-primary language

look at and fix your .htaccess file. I believe I have seen something like this in other reports. You may try to search GitHub.

Check if could be a misconfiguration in the virtualhost config file in NGINX web server. You can find more info in this URL http://fontelearn.com/en/redirect-problem-with-qtranslate-x/
