Reinstalling archives

My site is http://bluelicorice.com. A few days ago I was changing themes and the site got screwed up. I finally got it back online but it was as if it were newly installed. I have backups and have tried using those but for whatever reason can’t get my archives to show back up. I’ve looked for two days for an answer. I use Cpanel. If anyone can instruct me step by step as to how to get my archives to show back up on my site, please contact me asap. I suspect a plugin was responsible for this error. I did not restore sequel because I had a constant sequel error message showing at my blog and did not want it coming back.
