    Hi brightsmith,

    Seems like either api, or the list is not set.
    Can you try the following.
    1. make sure your API is set, an then Click Get Lists button.
    2. in the Custom Forms section, select the List

    Hi, thanks for replying. I have done both and nothing. Even created the Api again, not working. Thanks for any help
