Zip Codes for local delivery not working

Hi,

In the Local Delivery settings for my woo commerce cart, I inputted some zip codes to allow delivery for customers only in these zip codes, but for some reason it still allows me to move forward and place an order if i put in an address for someone outside of those zip codes…
