Ticker Freezes in browser

    The ticker is loading fine on my pages. But upon reload, scrolling sometimes ceases at it failes to call in CSS for the individual posts that are scrolling (I’ve bolded them. Problem stops for a bit when i restart my browser. It behaves properly for a time. And then will fail again. Whaddya you guys got? 🙂

    New Development: The problem appears to be more prevalent when I am logged in to the admin panel of my site.
