As I unfortunately do not speak Dutch, I am going to rely on this translation:
“Does anyone know whether it is possible to automatically join the descriptions of yoast in a post- I have all my articles and post on my site, and regularly I put a dozen to 100 with via a CSV file but I see now that if I yoast use, this would have to manually do by post / article does anyone know a solution?”
Unfortunately, we have no import capabilities for that type of information.
If your website developer was particularly skilled with the database, they could import data into the database, but that is not an easy task and would not be a cheap solution.
You might consider visiting https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo – and click on “Issues” and then start a new “issue” and make a feature recommendation/request for that feature.

One thing I forgot to mention, is that if you go to SEO -> Advanced -> Bulk Editor … that might help you as a work around. I know it’s not an import but should take some of the pain out of manual edits.
