This is in enabling the Page Cache.

I see that fragment caching is the way to go form my research, alt least that is what the comments mention: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/logged-in-user-cache?replies=8

from the plugin: Fragment Caching Module
Unlocking the fragment caching module delivered enhanced performance for plugins and themes that use the WordPress Transient API. It also provides a framework for increasing for developers that specifically use it like StudioPress’ Genesis Framework.

So it seems we need a theme that supports this, and we need the fragment module.

This plugin is not the way to go at this time.
