"Read More" option

Hi I am using Panorama theme and trying to integrate Staffer. However, I can’t figure out how to get a “Read more” to show up at the end of a blurb to take them to the individual bio or to have the staff pic click to the full bio.

Additionally, when I do click on an individual staff, I’d like to either direct the Department links to the actual department (rather than an archive page) or not at all.

Please advise. I’m definitely open for paying if this is beyond a support issue. Let me know.
