Business Directory Conflict

I have /register as my page where people register… and have it set for the Business Directory Plugin but when a renewal link is sent and a person is not logged in, the log in page does not appear to be Ultimate Member’s /register page and upon entering username and password THEN it takes me to the /register page again to re-enter my username/password to which by then the token from the business directory is no longer in the URL
