Can you please let me know where exactly you have placed our shortcode? I was not able to see it on the page you referred. Secondly when you say it does not work, do you mean the form is not displayed or form is not submitted?

Sorry removed the shortcode because it wasn’t working. Here it is now again on the page:

It’s located under the “Donate Today” button
And it doesn’t work as the form is not displayed at all.

Are you using some kind of Page builder tool? If yes can you try adding our shortcode by going to your default WordPress editor?
Yes, the theme I’m using uses a page builder tool.
Here’s a test page where I just used wordpress’s default editor:

It still doesn’t show up as a form.
Also, I have used other shortcodes in the page builder tool and they have worked.

I checked your source code and it does not look like if you even have installed and activated our plugin. Please go to the “Plugins” page and check if you have a plugin named “MailChimp for WordPress” version 2.3.17 installed and activated. If you share a screenshot of your plugins page I could take a look too.
Oh my goodness, what an oversight..I thought this was a different Mailchimp plugin that I was using. Apologies 🙂
