What shortcode should I insert for comments?

If you use a shortcode [rating-system] for posts and comments, the rating is assigned immediately in posts and comments, it is wrong.
I don’t understand. The [rating-system] is only for posts not for comments.
Do you want two separated shortcodes one for posts and another for comments?
