Hi digitalanddesign,
I am sorry for the inconvenience.
Could you try importing again by uploading your .wpress backup via FTP to wp-content/ai1wm-backups and then restore it on the Backups page of the plugin?
Let me know how it goes.
I have tried this but when I select “Restore” from the Backups page http://prntscr.com/8u2gzc it just bounces me to the Import page http://prntscr.com/8u2hjw where I have to choose one of those options.
Any other suggestions?
Hi digitalanddesign,
That is exactly how the “Restore” works.
You should give it some time to proceed with another message confirming the import will overwrite your site….
Best,
Pim
Been frozen for 20 minutes now at 116%?? http://prntscr.com/8u3fkm I can cancel and try it again?
Hi digitalanddesign,
116% sounds like you are importing from 2 windows.
Could you cancel and try again?
Best,
Pim
Ok, that seems to have worked but now I’m getting an error when trying to upload images. See screenshots. The first one ( http://prntscr.com/8u5lnn )shows the image trying to upload and second one ( http://prntscr.com/8u5mco ) shows the error message on the right hand side. Any idea how your plugin may have affected that? It wasn’t a problem before.
Hi digitalanddesign,
I have discussed with the engineers and it seems like the plugin is not affecting this but something to do with your server.
I will be happy to have an engineer investigate further for you if you reach us at support at sevmask.com
Best,
Pim
Hi there.
I emailed you regarding your previous message (above) over a week ago and still haven’t heard anything back from you or your engineers. I still cannot upload photos to the website and need some help to resolve right away. My client is near ready to launch the website live. Please get in touch and advise. Thank you!
Dave
