Hello sarbel,
What version of this plugin are you using?
It should look like this: http://i.imgur.com/G2bQ1nv.png

version is 1.4.3 . cant see this column there…
btw – how can you see the “other” data?

Is the column disabled in “Screen Options”, by any chance?
The contents of the “other” field should be displayed just like any other option.

Hi Sarbel,
Did you set the option to save the source on both your user and order? Or is it currently only saved with the user (which would make your issue just default behavior).

If this is not the problem, could you list your plugins you’re using with version numbers and WP version? Or do you have a staging account online that we could temporarily access?
We need to be able to duplicate this issue to fix it.

Pieter

Thanks for your screenshots. Please tell me, do you see this on the order detail?

yes
is this yours?
actually I thought this was part of the custom checkout field I configured thru the “woocommerce checkout field editor” plugin…

Hi Sarbel,
Yes, this is something from our plugin (luckily). But it doens’t explain why you can’t see the column in the order overview. Do you have a staging locally where you can turn off other plugins (ie the Custom checkout fields plugin) except for WooCommerce?

good to know 🙂
for now i prefer to keep all as is for now as site is generating revenues.
so now in every new order I will see the new values in this place?

Hi Simon,
Yes, the values should always be visible in the orders themselves.
I’ll close this topic as resolved, if you find the blocking plugin we’re always happy to take another look at it. 🙂
