Ajax submission not working

Not sure why ajax sumbssion isn’t working. The page refreshes despite selecting the “Enable AJAX form submission”.
There’s no JS error whatsoever either.

There are 2 forms on the page. On of them is submitting via ajax though.

Any ideas?
