link doesn't work short code button

little problem with a link:
below the code with the link. But when clicking on it, it redirects to a “page not found” due to a wrong link (that one at the end).. How i can solve it?

Second question: My theme uses buttons created with a shortcode. Is it possible to use it with CF7 as submit button?
