conflict with jotform

Hi again.

In my webpage i use a contact form from jotform. I’ve noticed that there is a conflict. If i desactivate the shiftnav plugin the form is available.
With shiftnav plugin activated, in the form page appears a message that says loading shiftnav and the form disappears.

Is there a way to keep those two solutions?
