• Hi, we are getting an error “Failed to send your message.” after we change our receiver email to a webmail, but if we put a different mail like gmail its working fine.

    already did things i think will complicate the plugin, remove plugins, change it to default theme but still same problem, also use WP SMTP but still sending failed, what do you think that causing the issues?

    btw we are using godaddy as our hosting

  • Though the plugin successfully sends millions of emails every day, there are a host of issues that can stop or delay emails on both the sending and receiving ends. It depends entirely on your local Server & WordPress configuration. You will need to investigate this issue for your particular local configuration.
