Multiple Contact Forms

Hello am after a bit of assistance. Is it possible to have a contact form once the customer has pressed submit to redirect to another page where there is a second contact form for the customer to fill in additional information. Once the customer has pressed submit on that page it sends the information from both forms to an email address.
