combining with skinned sites

I wanted to know if it’s possible to have several skins? My site is skinned http://elijah.netg.se/skins.php and i am considering switching from cutenews to wordpress but I want to know if I can maintain the multiple layouts? or can I only have ONE template/skin/layout when using wordpress?
