Change link with PHP

Hi!
I´m using a plugin to make a job application form. How can I change the link to the form in PHP? It redirects to the wrong address, which is: http://www.aegroup.fi/avoin-tyohakemus/apply-2/ should be:
http://www.aegroup.fi/avoin-tyohakemus/apply/I can´t manage to change this as I don´t know PHP.
I´m appreciate all help!
