Float with no text wrap below

I am trying to add icons to the left of a block of text in the text editor.

Right now, the text floats to the right of the icon as I need it to. However, once it clears the icon image, the text wraps below the icon. I need it to stay in a block of copy with an even edge from the top all the way to the bottom. (No text will wrap below the image).

I have tried several things, but can’t seem to figure out what coding will do this.
Any suggestions?
