Thumbnails not aligned and possibly not same size

Hi there,
Having trouble with my Envira lite gallery.
What I want: Every thumbnail to be square with the same amount of padding around each image, so it’s a perfect grid.
Currently, some are misaligned. Right now, I’m set to 3 columns, gutter and margin 10px, crop images in gallery checked, 300×300 thumbnail sizes, lightbox enabled.
