Best Popup Plugin?

I am looking at what seems like 3 great popup plugins, which I love, but I would like to know from anyone who has used them on which they would pick, they all seem to have great ratings, so I guess what would be helpful is a neg/positive feature on any/all of these that could help me make my decision.
