    Hi roneymoscato,

    Please make sure that you use the same weight dimensions in WooCommerce as required by the eBay site you want to list on. WP-Lister can’t convert weight dimensions for you (yet).

    If you’re still having issues, please enable the debug log feature of WP-Lister and send to support the log entry in question so we can examine it. To do this just follow the step by step guide you can find here: How to send a log record to Support

    We should be able to say more once we had a chance to examine the log record.

    Thanks, managed to solve the problem that was related to freight, to Brazil should leave as withdrawal at hand because ebay does not have integration with the Brazilian post office.

    I would like to help translating the plugin and can assist in usability here in Brazil …
