Error message with redirecting process

Hi guys,.

Caldera Forms works great in a couple of sites that I manage, but I’ve got a problem in one of them.

When you click “submit” the form is sent by mail (no problems there), but there’s an error message with the redirection process.
Instead of redirecting to the right page (gracias), it shows the following code and keeps showing the form as well.
