Please add widget to Sidebar widget area, its will remove.
Or If now want show sidebar please edit the page and on right hand side of visual editor you find Page attributes section.
Please select Full-With Page in Template option and save.

Yes testing on your theme using Sample pages, and changing page Attributes to use Full-Width Page does not remove the sidebar.
Even removing ALL the widgets from the “Sidebare’ Widgets ares still leave Archives widget in place

yes but if I dont want ANY widget in there and use Full Page, the sidebar with the widget shows..
So Full Page does not work

If you don’t want to use any widget please use Full-Width Page Template for that page.

I set the full page template on the right hand side and it still DID NOT display in full page..
It still had the sidebar in it either way,…
Dont worry I am not using your theme now..
