Removed Featured Image on NextPage

    Does anyone know what I can put in my single.php template that will remove the featured image on paginated posts that use <!–NextPage–>?

    I assume this would include some function but I’m not a developer, so anyone that can provide a code snippet that would be great. Thanks in advance.
