Uploader does not load in front end gravity form

Hi, I installed gravity forms and I created a long form to publish a post in my website. I installed your plugin in order to upload multiple attachments to my post, but the uploader does not load in the page.

Can you help me? I can give u a login with “contributor role” to see that garvity form load only the label of the uploader but nothing else.
