Strange privacy link…

Tonight we noticed something very strange with our blog. We have a ‘Privacy’ link so that people can read our privacy statement. It should be visible all the time to anyone who visits the site. Tonight we noticed that if a registered member logs in and they click on it, it sends them to the 404 page, even though the URL displayed is exactly the same as when it’s visible. How is this possible? Shouldn’t any URL always display the same page regardless of if a person is logged in or not? How could we fix this?
