Feature Image & Post Image

Help..

I don’t know why I can’t change feature image in the post. When I change feature image and publish, the old image is still there.

Then, I delete the post and recreate the new post, the incorrect feature image is still there. Does anyone know why??

Same error happens in the post. The top right image in the post isn’t correct.

I also clean the cookies, but it is not helping at all.
