As it may be an security issue, please try and set the permissions for the uploads folder to allow read write options to all.
That’s exactly what I did. It’s a little different on windows. Also just to double check can you specify the specific folder that I should change?

UpiCRM will write the file to this path –
/wp-content/uploads/upicrm/leads.xlsx , and then prompt you to download it.
this means you have to set the right permission to this directory.
for the experiment – I suggest to set it to read/write to all… than close it back after you identify this issue.

Hi, I’m having the same issue, Export to excel is not working and it loads my website homepage when I click it. I have changed the permissions to allow read write options to all but still doesn’t work. Please can you advise?
Also I’ve noticed UpiCRM users randomly disappear from the Lead Management and User Centre screens. Please can you advise me on this too. Thanks
