There was a problem when you tried to submit a testimonial from an iphone with emoji’s. That problem was just fixed and an update is available.
Hi @kevinhaig, thanks for looking at my issue.
Those errors I mentioned were all on android phones. I’ve updated and tried again but I’m still getting the same errors. Please help
I have tried the android operating system on two tablets and it works fine.
It sounds like a problem with the browser settings on your devices. Testimonial basics uses jQuery and cookies so they need to be enabled.
Hi @kevinhaig! So sorry it took me so long to reply. Cookies and javascript is allowed on the browser. If you could try send me a test testimonial you might see my issue.. i’ve tried different browsers on my phone and get the same error
I see the problem but I don’t think it’s being caused by Testimonial Basics.
There are a couple of jQuery errors showing up that are not from the plugin.
Try debugging by de-activating your plugins, except Testimonial Basics. Check and see if it works. Note: Do not delete the plugins, just de-activate them.
Then re-activate the plugins one at a time testing the Testimonial Basics plugin each time until you find the problem.
Sure, will do that and let you know if it works. Thanks!
@kevinhaig Thought you might like to know that WP-SpamShield was causing was the issue. I’ve deactivated it. Thanks for all the help
Thanks for the follow up.
