If the first retrieved image is an image from within the content that’s because there is no feature image set in the feed itself.

Maybe I didn’t understand everything. Just look at my page:
On http://zeltlager.cvjm-ebersbach.de/ I added a FEEDZY RSS Widget on the left called “Neues vom CVJM Ebersbach”.
It shows the posts from this blog: http://cvjm-ebersbach.de/ . As you can see here, every post has a featured image.
But when you look on the widget, there isn’t a picture in the widget at the last two posts.
Can you help me with that?

First queestion: Does it work? Or is the answer, that it will not work?
I read in the related topic that the images have to be IN the feed itself. Is this the key? I want to show this Feed (http://cvjm-ebersbach.de/bildlizenzen/) with featured images in the sidebar-widget.

I insert the same widget on our main site… ironically the widget shows every picture.
Just look:

Strange… I tested it many times before posting the post before, because I couldn’t believe that… doesn’t matter any more, because it works!
