Tagline won't update

    I am using the ‘Gallery’ theme on WordPress, but have noticed that the website tagline won’t update to my personalisation at all. I have been editing it under the theme settings and under general settings. Please could someone suggest a way I could change it?

    PS I have the latest version of wordpress, and all the plugins are up to date.
