On youtube, click on the share button and get the embed code. Use that like you would a short code on your post. Be sure to insert it using the TEXT editor not the Visual Editor.

did you put the embed link while on text mode (in general, embed links won’t work if not in text mode) then saved.

i noticed in the home page on the right side where it says recent posts it show only in the blog page which is my main post page it wont show !

Well, thinking for an idea, sometimes this issue can be solved by using a plugin like flowplayer,

Nb: It should automatically do the work for raw/youtube so one videos.
