Hi Jake – great plugin. Is there any way to make it show the avatar of users instead of the username?
My theme is Divi.
1. I am using Users Ultra Pro to manage my members & that setting is using email addresses as user names so when I put the shortcode in my sidebar it displays the emails as “Members Currently Active” & “Members active within the past 24 hours” & “Welcome to our newest member,”. If possible, I would like for it to show the users avatar (small) with the display name chosen by users. (Again, this is chosen in UUPro).
BBPress is picking up the avatar & display name from UUPro. They show up correctly in the forums & widgets.
Not sure if this can be done with this plugin or if it would be too much alteration. If it can, please let know.
This is the url to my forums at this time:
http://dtcdancecentral.com/DTCTest/forums/
I have a UUPro shortcode above this shortcode – it helps visualize better what I am asking.
2. Is there a way to make (or maybe give an option) to have these links direct to the UUPro profile not the BBpress profile?
3. Is there a way to remove the comma after “Welcome to our newest member, ” heading?
Thanks!
Hi Momshof,
I don’t intend to try and support other plugins with this, I want to keep it as minimal as possible to avoid any conflicts or unnecessary bloat in the plugin itself (which is already bloated enough for my liking).
So, unless the fields are part of bbPress or WordPress core, they wont be supported in this plugin unfortunately.
Hello Jake,
It will be very helpful if you added a ‘most users ever online’ date and user count in a future update. This is the basic functionality of many other popular forum softwares but bbPress lacks it.
Thanks in advance!
hi is there something to so what the colors mean like IE. Legend: Administrators, Global moderators, members and each one different colors for the legend?

Not currently, however, it should be relatively easy to achieve so I will work on that in the next version.
Hi Jake,
Would you be able to add number of guests online too? That would be awesome too! 🙂
Hey,
The most recent update (1.3) adds the infrastructure to be able to do this, I am just concious of performance problems. I will definitely keep it in mind, however… for the time being it is not something I will do.
No worries. Thank you so much! Also one more thing, an option to display Bbpress stats on forum homepage and disable it on threads/topics. This might increase performance for those who are using shared hosting.
