Identifying Feed Source for feedburner

Ok,

I’ve been reading forums and it seems that no one has asked that question or I’m not searching the right way.

Maybe it’s so obvious and basic. Well, here it is anyway.

I’m installing feedburner on my wordpress blog.

Step 1, says: “Create feedburner for domain name”.

This sends you to a page which says:

I don’t know enough to know which option is best? Does one option work better than the others?
