Can't Login

This has been brought up a ton of times, but I am looking to try and get an answer on it, and none of the things that have been said so far have worked. I try and log in to my wordpress from the wp-admin screen, and when I type in my username and password nothing happens, there is no error message, and no leaving the page. The page just resets and it’s back to a blank username and password. I have tried clearing cookies, plugins and the cache and this hasn’t worked. I have also tried resetting the password, but it won’t even send a new password to the email on the account. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
