Ithemes security blocking authorize.net

Ithemes security seems to be blocking authorize.net from making a response after payment. I’ve disabled Ithemes plugin and the authorize works fine. I re-enabled Ithemes and disabled the black listing but authorize still doesn’t work. Any ideas?
