re scale pdf

Hello, my pdf invoices have a lot of space between lines ecc and a little order of 5 items makes 2 pages and i would like to have just 1 whenever its possible. Also i dont see the option to numerate the pages or identify this second page of that order. I bought the extension of templates and i am using simple pro as the other broke my site when i tried to look at the pdf
