Insert page into BuddyPress groups

    Hi!

    Great plugin. I am trying to insert the content of a BeaverBuilder page into an index.php page (BuddyPress -> index.php to be specifc) using the following PHP snippet:

    <?php echo do_shortcode('[insert page="Groups-content" display="content"]');?>

    Unfortunately it is not working. I wonder if it has something to do with the way BeaverBuilder styles the page content? It works with simple content but not with BB.

    Any suggestions?

    Since no reply I moved on and is now using ‘Include Me’ plugin. In the future it would be great if it was possible to use ‘Insert Pages’ in combination with Beaver Builder.

    I’m trying to liaise with that plugin author to make some progress. It’s on my radar, just trying to carve out some time for it. I’ll keep this thread open and let you know when there’s progress.

    So I finally got a chance to test this out. Looks like inserting Beaver Builder pages works okay, but the custom styles Beaver Builder creates for the inserted page are not included. Tracing through the code, this is ultimately an issue with how FLBuilderModel::get_post_id() works.

    I’ll leave functionality as-is for now, but may try to work with the BB author to see if a solution is worth pursuing.

    Thanks for spending some time on this. It would be really great if you could get ‘Insert Pages’ to work better together with Beaver Builder 🙂
