• Hi there, I had been using the wp pipes for a while now, today I try to set it up on a new blog, “check requirements” was in red and it shown the following message:

Please change the permission to allow writable the folder plugins/wp-pipes/cache/

I check my plugin directory with ftp and I notice the “cache” folder does not exist. I tried delete and reinstall and it still the same, end up I download a copy manually from wordpress plugin directory. But the “cache” folder is missing too when I check it in my pc, so I guess the folder is missing from the source.

Anybody has the same problem? Please help…thanks!

    Hi Cheying,

You could create manually the cache folder in your wp-pipes folder and set up it having writable permission.

Or your could skip that requirement and run any pipes, that folder will be created automatically if the plugin has necessary permissions.

    Best Regards!
