I don’t think so. The Sucuri site check doesn’t show anything unusual, but it can only examine what the server sends out, not what is on the server. Your site looks like a normal WP page in Chinese to me, I’ve no clue why Google is showing Japanese content.
If you haven’t already, add the site to Google Search Console (formerly webmaster tools) and use the fetch as Google tool. Perhaps that may give you a clue. If that does not help, your question is probably better asked in a Google forum of some kind rather than here.
As far as WP is concerned all is well!
I have looked into it, and yes, unless your site is normally selling Ugg boots, you are definitely hacked.
