Hi,
I’m not aware of any other reports of this since our update.
Can you please check your javascript console for errors when you have Wordfence enabled?
Also (and this may seem silly) but reenable Wordfence and if those tags and categories are still missing, please make sure they didn’t drop below the post textarea at the bottom of the page. I notice in the screenshot you posted on Twitter that your browser window is narrow and the menus are minimized.
Thanks,
Mark.

I don’t really know what you mean by narrow and minimized? The modules weren’t anywhere to be found, though, and they also weren’t listed under “Screen Options”. The screenshots only cropped out the taskbar and the tabs I had open.
How do I check my JavaScript console?
Oddly, reactivating the plugin didn’t result in them missing. Earlier, they reappeared after I disabled the plugin, though; don’t know if that’s helpful.

Jane,
Here are instructions for opening the javascript console:
How to open the javascript console
(The F12 key on a PC is also a good shortcut.) If you find error messages in red on the Console tab, they may help show the issue.
The left WordPress menu usually minimizes automatically, showing only the pictures instead of the words, when a browser window is narrow (usually if it’s somewhat less than the full screen width, but you can collapse it manually too) — sometimes this can cause layout issues, and certain items don’t appear where they should.
Since you mentioned in the second post that the checkboxes didn’t appear in the screen options either though, there may be a different cause. If you do notice them disappearing again, let us know.
