    Hi,

    I installed this plugin which looks great. I got 7 new subscribers but none of them have been added to my mailchimp account.

    I know it’s a double opt-in so I tried it out myself but I didn’t even get a confirmation email.

    I’ve tried updating then disabling all my other plugins and it still does not work.

    I’m really disappointed as I am just starting list building and I likely won’t see those subscribers again. I’m about to launch a new program so I must have this fixed straight away.

    I’d love to upgrade to premium and hopefully if I can get this quickly resolved and sell my upcoming course, I’ll be able to afford to do just that! Thanks

    Same for me I have 8 new signups and not one of them went to my mailchimp or ever received their welcome mail. I am so heartbroken I really needed those people and like you said now they are lost forever.

    I just ditched the plugin and used the embed code from Mailchimp. I don’t have time to wait on a reply but if it ever gets fixed I will go back to using the optincat as I do like the design features.

    Yup I’ll be ditching it in the morning and setting up Mailmunch instead. Things like this need to be fixed quickly! Good luck attracting more subscribers AskGrim.

    Okay Optin Cat, I give in….I need your help. I’ve tried installing every other d@*n wordpress/mailchimp plugin I can find and none are as nice as yours but I need it to work….come on now I’m grovelling for a response to get this issue fixed!!

    Hi Guys,
    Sorry for the delay.

    This might have been caused by an invalid MailChimp API key. A possible fix you could try would be to create a new API key and add it to your Optin Cat form. Then your Mailing list should be displayed, be sure to check after saving your form that your Mailing list is still be displayed.

    My optin cat has not worked since June of 2016. I have changed my API key and it still does not work. If you try to subscribe you never get the confirmation email. Give it a try here:
