Is it possible hide the time fields and setting ‘allday’ default?

Is this using frontend event submission form? you can try to modify template file under events-manager/templates/forms/event/when.php

to use templates: http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/using-template-files/

Yes, is for the frontend submission form. Thanks, for the answer.

I try this it, and works.

Copy the templates-folder to my theme, rename it and edit this file with succes:
when-with-recurring.php
