Contact 7 Short Codes Not Working

    The plugin is newly installed and active. Yet the shortcodes are not working.

    This is the code that I am trying to use:
    [contact-form-7 id=”202″ title=”Contact Page”]

    When I save/view the page it just shows the shortcode as is, without displaying the form.

    I have used Contact 7 on many sites, and I am a bit perplexed why it is not working on this one.
